Exchange of Ideas

As our readers have noticed, part of the newsletter has become an informal 'forum' where members can exchange ideas and share concerns about the community. Thecommentary published in our last issue created a great deal of interest. In this issue, we are including the Persian Student Association (PSA) response in English and a letter from a parent in Persian. We also have a letter about Iranian-American topic which fits into this discussion. We emphasize again, the views presented in these letters are those of the author(s), and notnecessarily those of the Persia House of Michigan. We hope this will be a productive and positive forum in which to exchange ideas as our community grows and develops. We also invite all our readers to write to us about “Tolerance or Lack of it in Iranian Communities” for publication.
