شاهرگ فرهنگ درخشان ايراناز چهارشنبه سوری شروع کنیم. شبچهارشنبه سوری در مرکز فرهنگی فنلاند باموفقیت در روز سه شنبه پانزدهم ماه مارس۲۰۰۵ برگزار شد و ما با دیدن چهره هایگشاده شرکت کننده گان پاداش تلاش خود راگرفتیم. امسال علاوه بر آتش، آتش هستی بخشو نه هستی سوز که از آن سلامت و طراوتطلب کردیم، نوباوگان را با مراسم قاشق زنی،تخم مرغ بازی و بازی های دیگر سرگرم کردیمو در ضمن آموزش سنت ها از شادی آنها لذتبردیم.در این مراسم کودکان سرود ای ایران سر دادندو دو جوان خوش نوا "ساشا نوری و کاوهابهری" با اجرای چندین آهنگ شرکت کنندگانرا سر گرم کردند. آجیل چهارشنبه سوری راتناول کردیم از "کلید اندازان" و "فالگوش" سخنگفتیم و ترنم موسیقی و دست افشانی و پایکوبیتا پایان برنامه ادامه داشت و با این مراسم بهپیشواز نوروز رفتیم با امید آنکه پیروز باشیم.اما نوروز: طی راه نسبتا طولانی محل زندگیم تاشهر دیربرن ( Dearborn ) که مراسمنوروزی امسال، (در مرکز برنامه های هنریفورد) برگزار میشد، حدود یکساعت و نیمرانندگی باید کرد و در طول راه همه افکار مندر باره نوروز بود. از پیر نوروز ها، آتشافروزها، حاجی فیروزها، کوسه ها، ننهسرماها، كجاوه بازیها، مشتلق چی ها، کوزهشکستن ها، از روی آتش پریدن ها، اسفند وکندر دود کردنها، شال اندازیها، بخت گشاییها،گره گشاییها، تفأل زدن ها، تقدس عدد هفت،سفره زیبای هفت سین، ساز و سرنا زدنها،صیقل دادن ظروف نقره ای و مسی، نو کردناشیاء کهنه و فرسوده، شکستن کوزه های کهنه وخریدن کوزه های نو، آجیل چهارشنبه سوری،آجيل سيزده بدر، پختن سمنو، سبزی پلو وماهی، آش مراد، کلوچه سفره نوروزی،دیدوبازدید عید نوروز و ده ها و صدها مراسمجالب دیگر که از دور دست ترین کرانه تاریخمی آیند و همگی نشان از ژرفای فرهنگ ملی وتبلور خانواده بزرگ اجتماع ایرانی در طولتاریخ جهان دارد. در اینجاست که در میابیم کهدر پنج قاره جهان هر کجا که یک ایرانی استنوروز در آنجاست.سال که نو میشود، سرزندگي و زيبايي از همهسو سر میرسد. زمین به تکاپو میافتد، حاجيفیروز در خیابانها و خیالها و بازارها و گذرهادایره دنبك مينوازد و ارباب خودم سلام عليكممیخواند. نوروز سرشار از شور زندگي است.ایرانیان به درستي بهترین روز سال را برايجشن و سرورشان و براي آغاز سال نو انتخابکرده اند. از اینکه خانه ایران ٦ نوروز استمهماندار شماست، از اینکه در همه ي این سالهاحامي و همراه ما بوده اید، از اینکه بخت خدمتبراي جامعه ي سربلند ایرانیان ساکن میشیگانرا نصيب ما کرده اید، از اینکه با همدلي وهمراهي و همكاري توانسته ایم از غربت ومهاجرت و تبعید تعریف تازه اي با حضور وهمتمان به جهانیان عرضه کنیم، احساس غرورمیکنیم.به قول شادروان دکتر پرویز ناتل خانلری،نوروز از بوته آزمایش تاریخ سربلند بیرونآمده، از فراز و نشیبها گذشته، در برابر یورشعرب ها و ترکان ایستادگی کرده "از زیر بارسنگین حوادث پیروزمندانه بیرون آمده و هنوزچون ستاره ای بر پیشانی تاریخ درخشانفرهنگ ایران می درخشد. "نوروز در بسیاریاز سرزمینهائی که در پشته یا فلات ایران قرارداشتند گرامی است. در تاجیکستان، ترکمنستان،اوزبكستان قزاقستان، و قرقیزستان و آذربایجانکه سالها دولت شوروی از آن جلوگیری میکردامروز با شکوه برگزار میشود. در افغانستان ودر بین پارسیان پاکستان وهند عزیز است و درترکیه که سالها از برگزاری آن در بین کردانآن خطه جلوگیری میشد. در ایران هم پساز دگرگونی سعی بر این بود که آنرا سرکوبکنند ولی نوروز همیشه پیروز بود. نوروزهمه ساله مثل دشتی که بهار را باور میکند، مثلزمین که از رخوت سرمای زمستان رها میشود،مثل بهار که می آید و روسیاهی را به زمستانمیگذارد، مثل جوانی از راه میرسد. ما ایرانیانانسانهائی خوشبختیم که سالمان با بهار تازهمیشود و نوروزمان زمانی آغاز میشود کهروزگار نو می شود. حافظ را بیاد میاورم کهگفت:زکوی یار می آید نسیم باد نوروزیاز این باد ار مدد خواهی چراغ دل برافروزیقلب آدمی که به دوست داشتن هوائی شود،ضرب آهنگش مزامير داود را هم پشت سر میگذارد. آنگاه هر کلام که از نوروز بیاید، رقصکنان و پای کوبان در دل غوغا می آفریند.در این افکار غوطه ورم طول راه و بارانسردی را که میبارد از یاد برده ام. به سالن محلبرگزاری جشن میرسم همکارانم را میبینم که باوجد وسرور شرکت کنندگان را راهنمائیمیکنند.سالن بزرگتر از سالهای گذشته است و همه چیزآماده پذیرائی. برنامه با پیامی از رئیس هیئتمدیره، دکتر فرخ نصیر پور شروع میشود،کودکان مدرسه سرود ای ایران را میخوانند. میزشام را آماده میکنند، غذا از شیکاگو آمده است.تا آمادگی غذا بسیاری از سفره زیبای هفت سیندیدن میکنند و در کنار آن عکس میگیرند. افرادمیز به میز به صف غذا دعوت میشوند و همهچیز به سرعت و دقت فراهم میشود. چای ودسر بعد از آن فراهم است. عمو نوروزفراخوانده میشود تا عیدی بچه ها را تقدیم کند.حالا دیگر وقت دست افشانی و پایکوبی است.گروه دوستداران موسیقی ایرانی با همت دکترسعید تهرانی دست بکار میگردند. هنرمندانعزیزمان خانم مهری واقعی، سارا کوچکیان، وآرش عزیز همه ما را سر خوش وشادمیگردانند. و دوستان باید بگویم که امسال اولینسالی بود که نق نقی از کسی نشنیدیم. امیدواریمکه همیشه چنین باشد. نوروز فرصتی است برایکلامی به همدلی، دستی به آشتی، ترنم سازی بهتهنیت و بوسه ای به مهر. بهارتان پر برکت.و سرانجام روز سیزده بدر هنوزدوسه روزیتاسیزده بدر باقی است و من نگران وضع هوا دربینی وضع هوا را نگاه آن روز. هرروز پیشمیکنم. دیروز پیش بینی باران شده بود. امروزاوضاع بهتر است و آنرا نیمه ابری گزارشکرده اند. امید بر این است که یک گام دیگر همجلو رویم و روزی درخشان داشته باشیم. خوببالاخره یک جور خواهد شد، برای ما سیزدهنوروز است، روز رفتن به دشت و صحرا. هواهم هوای میشیگان است. میگویند اگر هوا موردپسند نیست پنج دقیقه صبر کن، دندان روی جگربگذار، عوض میشود!! خوشبختانه ما در محلتجمع "وست ایکرز" سالن سرپوشیده هم دراختیار داریم که در نهایت از آن استفاده خواهیمكرد.یاد دورانهای گذشته در ایران زنده میشود کهمعمولا در این روزهای بهاری چه هوای دلکشو خوش آیندی بود. شکوفه های آلبالو و گاهیسیب همه باغها را صورتی و سفید میکرد وبرگهای سبز از میان آنها سرک میکشید. یادتابلو شماره های خانه ها و مغازه ها می افتم کهاز یک شروع میشد، به دوازده میرسید ولی بهسیزده نمی رفت. همه ۱۳ ها (۱+۱۲) بود!! واین تعجب کودکانه ما را برمی انگیخت و بهسوال از بزرگتر ها می کشانید، و جواب این بودکه سیزده نحس است!! چرا سیزده نحس است؟کسی پاسخی چندان درست برای آن نداشت.مادر بزرگها می گفتند باید این روز را به دشتو صحرا رفت و کار نکرد. حتی می گفتند اگردر این روز سوزن بزنی دستت "عقربک"میشود! بعد ها که کمی بزرگتر شدیم در کتابهاخواندیم که این روز یعنی سیزده فروردین روز"تير" الهه باران است و مردم به دشت و صحرامیروند و با شادی از فرشته باران طلب بارشمیکنند تا سالی پر برکت داشته باشند.شاید پدران ما برای اینکه این مراسم را پس ازاسلام هم ادامه دهند نحسی سیزده را بهانه قراردادند تا مردم به این بهانه به دشت و صحراروانه شوند و یکی دیگر از سنن دیرپای ماراپابرجا نگاه دارند. خوشحالیم که الهه باران با مایاری کرد تا مراسم سیزده بدر را بخوبی وشادمانی بسر آوردیم. برایتان سالی خوش ترآرزو میکنیم.

The Middle Eastern Community at Ford Motor Company sponsored a “cultural awareness” day to celebrate the Iranian New Year (Noruz) at the World Headquarterson March 22, 2002. This event was organized to promoteawareness about traditions, culture and festivity, which ispracticed by one of world oldest civilizations for more than 5000 years. As part of these cultural initiatives, the Iranian employees had set their "Haft Seen" in theFord World Headquarters. They welcomed visitor by homemade Persian sweets. All visitors received a tour around the display tables and stands. The displays were to introduce Persian art / architecture / history to visitors. Visitors were especially amazed by beauty of displayed hand-woven Persian rug with miniature pattern, pictures from Persepolis and the information they received about the rich Persian culture. Visitors received a beautiful handout about "Noruz” rituals. This event was captured by Ford Cable Network.

با اینکه در بعضی از مجامع ایرانی مقاله سپاسو افسوس مورد انتقاد قراد گرفت اما من بدوناینکه از نظریات هموطنان دیگر در این نوشتاراستفاده کنم نظر شخصی خود را با مقاله افسوس و صد افسوس شروع میکنم.از دوران دانشجویی خود تا کنون که با فعالیتهایدانشجویی میشیگان آشنایی کامل دارم بیاد ندارمکه فعالیتهای دانشجویان 4 ساله اخير خصوصادر زنده کردن نام و سنت ایرانی با هیچ دورانیقابل قیاس باشد. باید توجه داشت که اغلب اینجوانان دانشجوحتى وطن اصلی خود را ندیده اندو خوب یا بد با زبان فارسی تا حدی بیگانههستند. با اینکه در عرض چهار سال فعالیتخود توانسته اند که در جشنهای نوروزی شرکتکنند گان را از 300 نفر به 900 نفر افزایشدهند و باز ناگفته نماند که اغلب این دانشجویاناز نخبگان و بهترین شاگردان دانشگاه هستند کهشب و روز درس می خوانند و با اینهمه ازخواب و خوراک خود بریده برنامه ای بآنزیبایی و پر محتوا عرضه می کنند، که یا اشکشادی را از دیده ها میر يزانند و یا لبخند شادیرا بر لبها و چهره ها میدوانند.وظیفه دانشجوی امروز و مرد میدان فردا اگرخود را ایرانی بداند اینست که از هر فرصتیبرای شناساندن وطن و سنت مملکت خویش وآبا اجدادیش استفاده کند و این در یک کشوربیگانه میسر نیست مگر اینکه بزبان مردمآنکشور سخن گفته شود خصوصا در جشنی کههمه شاهد بودیم بیش از نیمی از مردم انگلیسیزبان بوده اند.سخن از سرود ملی رفته است آن که آقای دکتربه ادعای خودشان دیر به مجلس تشریف آوردندو عظمت سرود ای ایران را که با نشان دادناسلایدهای زیبایی از ایران که خیلی هم طولانیبود و همه را به هیجان آورده و به قیام وا داشتهبود ملا حظه نفرموده اند و اما اگر بیاد آوریم کهدانشجویان عزیزمان اعلام کردند که هر کجالازم باشد مطالب ترجمه خواهد شد و از اول تاآخر برنامه به عهد خود وفا نمودند، تعجب میکنمکه در آن لحظات این آقای دکتر کجا تشریفداشتند شاید فقط بزبان فرانسه صحبت می کنند وفارسی را فراموش کرده اند و شاید هم هنوز ازمرز ایران خارج نشده اند.من معتقد نیستم که جشن بی عیب بودهمانطوریکه هیچ جشنی بی عیب نبوده است،ولی باید قبول کرد حسن جشن دانشجویان هزاربرابر پیش از عیب آن بوده است و امروز مابجای اینکه در راه اصلاح برنامه های آیندهدانشجویان قدم مثبتی برداریم و با ارائهفلكلورهای زیبای ایرانی که آنها بی خبر از آنهستند و برای برنامه های آینده شان راه نمایشانباشیم قلم انتقاد بدست میگیریم و همه چیز رایکجا تخطئه می کنیم و این بی انصافی محضاست.بخاطر انتقادات بی جا بود که امسال تعدادی ازرقصهای زیبای ایرانی را دختران غیر ایرانیاجرا کردند. عرق شرم بر جبین ما باد، رقصرا برای یک دانشجوی نو جوان ایرانی دربرنامه های نوروزیش گناه و زشت می شماریماما خود ما بزرگسالان در هر جشن و کنسرتیچنان می رقصيم که در پیست رقص جا برایدیگران باقی نمی گذاریم. آیا حیف نیست کهبخاطر یک درخت کهنه و پوسیده گلهای زیباییک باغ را ندیده بگیریم و از زیباییش بهره مندنشویم. با آرزوی توفیق بیشتر برای دانشجویانو همه ایرانیان عزیز. محمد انصاریپدر یک دانشجو
