در ماه مارس و آوریل که مقارن است با اسفند وفروردین خودمان میزان فعالیت خانه ایرانچندین برابر میشود و این بیشتر به این دلیلاست که باید سه سنت بزرگ را گرامی داشت:چهارشنبه سوری، جشن فرخنده نوروز و مراسمسیزده بدر. باکمال خوشبختی و مسرت بایدبگویم که امسال در هر سه بزرگداشت موفقبودیم و توانستیم با توش و توان فراوان شما راگرد هم آوریم و بخشی از سنت ایرانی خود رابه انجام برسانیم. در جشن چهارشنبه سوری، بهآتش مقدس نیاکانمان احترام گذاشتیم و جشن وسرور این شب فرخنده را با جان و دل پذیراگشتیم. از آتش پریدیم و گفتیم:زردی و رنجوری من از توسرخی و خرمی تو از منبرای کودکان مراسم قاشق زنی را زنده کردیم وبا تخم مرغ بازی سرگرمشان نمودیم در حالیکهبزرگتر ها از نوای موسیقی لذت بردند وخستگی هفته ها کار را با شادی و سرخوشیبفراموشی سپردند. واما نوروز، این سنتکهنسال و تا ابد ماندگار از راه رسید، گرچه بهسال بسیار پیر است، اما به دیدار جوان. بسانسرو پیراسته ای با شاخه های ستبر که گذشتروزگاران هرگز بر آن سنگینی نداشته و ندارد.بله نوروز آمد با کولباری از خاطرات، چهشیرین خاطراتی از سربلندیها، جوانمردیها،انسانيتها، مهربانیها، با فرهنگی پربار و دیرپا کهگهگاه با هجوم اهريمنان یادگار هائی تلخ وگزنده، از ترک تازیها، غارتها، تاراجها،کشتارها، بی رحمی ها... اما همیشه نور برتاریکی پیروز شده است و خواهد شد و ایران همهمچون ققنوس از زیر خاکستر سربر آورده،سرافراز و پیشگام در خاندان بزرگ جهان برایهمیشه باقی و برقرار خواهد ماند.باری جشن نوروز ما را به خاطرات نوروزیایران برد که در آن خرمن خرمن گل به بازارمی آید و دامن دامن بنفشه نثار قدم یاران میگردد. تمام وجود ما در این جشن از بوی نرگسشیراز، از بوی گل سرخ قمصر کاشان، از بهارنارنج شمال، از بید مشک و سنبل و ارغوان وشب بو و گل یخ ایران عطر انگیز گشت.ای یزدان پاک! بود آیا که این گلها از نزدیکمشام جانمان را بنوازد و بوجد و سرور آورد؟اما از این خیال پردازی مهم تر و جانفزا تربهار محبت ها، مهربانی ها، دست در دستیکدیگر نهادن ها، همبستگی ها و ایثارها بود کهاز خزان بدور است. جملگی شما که در اینجشن شرکت داشتید، نشان دادید که یک پارچهصفا و محبت اید. در این جشن بساط مجلل هفتسین دیده ها را نوازش میداد و ابتکار عده ای ازبانوان که با پوشیدن لباسهای محلی نقاط مختلفایران رنگ آمیزی باشکوهی به جشن داده بود.خواننده جوان شروین به ترنم آهنگ های ایرانیپرداخت که با پایکوبی و دست افشانی شماهمراه بود. حاجی فیروز با کولباری از شادیحاضر بود و به کودکان بسته های عیدی تقدیمکرد. شبی فراموش نشدنی را پشت سر گذاشتیم.سیزده بدر را در پارکی در شهر فارمینگتن هیلزبر پا کردیم. با آنکه هوا بس ناجوانمردانه سردبود ولی شما یاران خانه ایران با گرمای درونتانآن سردی را جبران کردید. در اینجا هم موفقشدیم با برافروختن آتش سرما را از جمع ماندور کنیم. موسیقی ترنم داشت و چای گرم فراهمبود و غذای ایرانی مهيا. حتی یکی از هموندانکیک تولدش را آورده بود که با همه ما تقسیمکند. روز بخوبی و شادی بپایان رسید.سالی را پشت سر گذاشتیم و در سال جدید همبکوشش خود بر گرد هم آئی شما ادامه خواهیمداد و خوشحالیم که از پشتیبانی شما برخورداریم.محمود معلميان

خانه ایران در سه ماه گذشته برنامه هایگوناگون برگزار کرده است. برنامه های ماهانهخانه ایران (كلوپ بانوان - دوستداران موسیقیایران - شب ایران - حرفه و تجارت ) همانندماه های پیش برگزار شدند.مدزسه خانه ایران روز یکشنبه ۱۲ سپتامبرآغاز بکار کرد. از سرپرست مدرسه خانم فریبانازجو و معلمین عزیز مهین اویس ، مهدییحیایی، فرشاد هسته، مریم خلیلی پناه، سعیدتهرانی و مهنوش سنت کلر که همه هفته زحمتتدریس را به عهده دارند بسیار ممنون هستیم.جشن خوزستان بسیار گرم و آموزنده بود. ازهمه دوستان که در آماده کردن خوراک با ماهمکاری کرده بودند به ویژه خانم شراره حلمیقدردانی می کنیم. فيلم "مارمولک" با شرکت ٤۰نفر به نمایش گذاشته شد. سعی می شود که درزمستان ۳ فیلم دیگر را نمایش دهیم..از دوستانی که در سه ماهه گذشته به هموندیخانه ایران در آمده اند ویا عضویت خود را تمدیدکرده اند ممنون هستیم. در پایان از تمام دوستانیکه در برگزاری این برنامه ها با ما یاری میکنندبا زهم سپاسگذاریم.

خانه ایران در سه ماه گذشته برنامه هایگوناگونی برگزار کرده است. برنامه های ماهانهخانه ایران (کلوپ بانوان - دوستداران موسیقیایرانی- شب ایران و حرفه و بازرگانی ) همانندماه های پیش برگزار شدند. فیلم سینمایی" Iran, Veiled Appearancses" به نمایشگذاشته شد. پیک نیک ماه جون در هوای خوببرگزار شد. سخنرانی دکتر هوشنگ امیر احمدیبا عنوان " ایران - آمریکا - دمکراسی " بااستقبال بسیاری مواجه شد. نمایشگاه گروهیهنر ایرانیان میشیگان در شهر اناربر برپا شد."شبی برای شیوا" برای کمک به پژوهشدرمان سرطان موفق به جمع آوری نزدیک به٦۰۰۰ دلار شد. پیک نیک ماه اوت و مسابقهآشپزی با موفقیت اجرا شدند. میهمانی رقصخانه ایران با هنرنمایی مهدی با استقبال دوستانرقص روبرو شد. برای اولین بار میهمانیهموندان برگزار شد. از تمام دوستانی که دربرگزاری این برنامه ها با ما همکاری کرده اندبسیار سپاس گزار هستیم.

در سه ماه گذشته، خانه ایران برنامه هایگوناگون برگزار کرده است. کلوپ خانمها بااستقبال بسیار مواجه شد و تا کنون چند جلسهداشته است. سه سخنرانی پیرامون مسائل زنانداشتیم که مورد توجه قرار گرفت و خلاصه آنهادر این شماره آمده است.دوستاران رقص و جوانان در میهمانی رقصخانه ایران شب خوشی را گذراندند.جشن سنتی شب یلدا با پایکوبی، آجیل، انار،هندوانه و شیرینی در بلندترین شب سال و تولدآفتاب با شکوه فراوان بر گزار شد.ترم اول مدرسه خانه ایران با موفقیت بیایانرسید و ترم دوم از 26 ژانویه آغاز شد.نامه های تمدید و تشویق به هموندی در خانهایران برای همگی فرستاده شده است. اگر تاکنون پاسخ نداده اید، هرچه زودتر اقدام فرمایید.

در سه ماه گذشته، خانه ایران برنامه هایگوناگون برگزار کرده است. برنامه هایچهارشنبه سوری، عید نوروز و سیزده بدر باموفقیت برگزار شدند. فیلمهای "مومیایی 3" وسفر قندهار مورد توجه دوستاران سینمای ایرانقرار گرفت. استاد خودمان دکتر محمود معلمیانسخنرانی پر باری در نگرش بر طنز و مذهبدر نوشتارهای ایران برگذار کردند که موردتوجه قرار گرفت. برنامه شب ایران سه جلسهموفق را پشت سر گذاشت. برای اولین باربرنامه "یک بعداز ظهر با حاجی فیروز" و"بازار نوروزی" در میشیگان اجرا شد.نمایشگاه گروهی هنرمندان مقیم میشیگان مورداستقبال قرار گرفت و در نظر است که سال دیگربا وسعت بیشتری اجرا شود. گروه بانوان همانندگذشته بسیار فعال بودند. علاوه بر فعالیتهایهمیشگی چندین سخنرانی نیز داشتند که بسیارآموزنده بود. کلوپ کتاب خانه ایران نیز مشغولفعالیت شد. میهمانی رقص خانه ایران با هنرنمایی امید تکرار شد. این برنامه در 7 ژوئن درمحل جدید هر چه بهتر اجرا خواهد شد.
