CHARITY ORGANIZATIONS AND IRANFor several times in the past, Persia House of Michigan has been asked for ways on how an Iranian-American family living in Michigan can help the charity organization related to Iran.Recently, Dr. Maryam Seyedi, Dr. Joorabi, and their families have established a charity organization to help the needy Iranians. We have included Dr. Seyedi's letter to PHOM which includes information about “The Angel Network”. We have also included a list of other charity organizations that we are aware of. Please be advised that Persia House of Michigan does not have the means to evaluate these organizations and neither recommends one over another. If you are interested in donating to these organizations, you may need to investigate them before donating. Our list is not an exhaustive list. We would appreciate it if you let us know about other charity organization so we can add them to our list. Thanks, Board of DirectorsDear Persia House of Michigan: I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our Non Profit charity organization. “THE ANGEL NETWORK" to our Iranian community in Michigan. The Angel Network was established by my husband (Dr. Jooryabi) and me, on Nov. 11, 2004 in State of Michigan. Our mission is to help orphan children and needy families by providing food, medical care, housing and education expenses in the United States and thought the world. We would like to invite you to become a partner with us. We need your help and support. The New Year brings new challenges to fund the work taking place around the world. What an amazing way to begin the New Year! Think of the impact your gift will have on the lives of these orphan kids and needy single parent families to support their children. Think of all the children and families whose lives you can change. Our current project is to buy dialysis machines for clinics in Gilan-Rasht and to provide housing for the 15 needy families who are being supported by The Angel Network. Each family has two to five kids, most of these children are without fathers. To complete this project, we need to raise 100,000 dollars. Please help us to reach this goal.
