<text>The first Group Art Exhibition ofIranians in Michigan was held at WestBloomfield Library on April 13, 2003and it was very well received by thepublic. The exhibition was composedof a collection of elegant artworks. Most of the pieces resembled Persianstyle artworks. Some of the oilpaintings represented the high level ofmodern Persian art, while others hadthe elegance of the traditional Iranianart. Near the entrance of the WestBloomfield Library hall, the wood-carving masterpieces of HoseinMosavat attracted everyone’sattention. Artistic pieces of Mr.Mosavats were very beautiful. Next tothat, Sahba Laal’s oil paintings were displayed. Mr. Laal’s precious pieces demonstrated modern painting.Brilliant paintings of Ali Khalili-Panahshowed both old and new school ofPersian miniature painting. Mr. Khalili also presented some of his decorativechina painting pieces pieces. Mr. Bahramidemonstrated his superb Persianminiature paintings, which are verywell known by most Iranians. RaminNikpour’s magnificent works consistedof oil painting and mixed media. Mr.Nikpour’s visualization in creating his paintings is extraordinary. Next tablewas beautified by dazzling Italian styleflowers of Ms. Farzaneh Zamanian.Ms. Zamanian very elegantly decorated frames and glass with narcissus, jasmine and lilly.
