A Day of Cultural Sharing onWednesday, April 10, 2002, from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. PersiaHouse of Michigan participated ina multi-cultural event sponsoredby the Department of SpecialEvents at Marygrove College. Theprogram represented African,Arabic, Caribbean, European,French / Creole, Hawaiian,Mexican, Irish, Iranian, Korean,Chinese, Indian, Native American,and Filipino cultures. InternationalTaste Feast which samples avariety of authentic cuisines wasthe lunch program. There werecrafts displays, dance music andcultural demonstrations. Thisevent was open to the public,students, faculty & staff. PHOMintroduced Shirin Polo, and Ms.Laleh presented a Ghashghaie dance.
