Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Unknown Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2005 - Fall Description An account of the resource در روز شنبه هفتم ماه می از ساعت هفتبعدازظهر مراسم شادمانه ای داشتیم که "شبیبرای شیوا" نام گرفته بود. در این شب هدفشکر گزاری از سلامتی مادر و همسر جوانیبود که دیو مهيب سرطان را شکست داده بود وبه شکرانه آن در صدد جمع آوری کمک مادیجهت اهدا به انجمن مبارزه با سرطان سینه بود.این شب با موفقیت کامل توام بود، دوستان وياران شيوا از هیچگونه کوششی برای پذیراییمیهمانان کوتاهی نکردند و بزمی بسزا تدارکدیدند. ترنم موسیقی اصیل ایرانی تا پس از نیمهشب ادامه داشت و شور و حالی برانگیخت.زبان گویای این شب بانو شيوا بود که با بیانفراز و نشیب حالات روحی از زمان آگاهی تادرک موقعیت در شرایط غربت، نگرانی ازموقعیت همسر و فرزندان و از همه مهمتر عزممبارزه با این دیو مهيب، از وی قهرمانی ساختکه میبایست با دیده تحسین به او نگریست.بخشی از گفتار وی را با شما در میان میگذاریم:"تابستان سال ۲۰۰۳ بود که از کار به خانه برمیگشتم. پسران کوچکم که در سنین ١/٥، ٣/٥،و ۷ سالگی بودند در خانه ای که به تازگی تهیهکرده بودیم و هنوز فرصت انتقال اثاث خود رااز انبار به آنجا نکرده بودیم، در انتظارم بودند.صدای دکتر هنوز در سرم انعکاس داشت کهنتایج آزمایش را بازگو میکرد. "متأسفم. نتیجهمثبت است!" برای من این به منزله فرمان مرگبود. در یکی دو روز نخست همه در این فکربودم که خواب میبینم و منتظر بودم کسی مرابیدار کند. ولی چنین نشد. وقتی زمان ناباوریرا گذراندم، و میدیدم که زندگی با بودن یا نبودنمن ادامه خواهد یافت، تصمیم به پایمردی گرفتمو مصمم شدم در این مبارزه پیروز گردم وموفق شدم. امسال تصمیم گرفتم تعهد خاصی راعملی کنم، نه در قبال فرد بخصوصی، بلکهبرای استفاده بسیاری که نیازمند اند. در طی سهروز در ماه جولای امسال در راهپیمایی شصتمایلی (۹۰ کیلومتری) آگاهی سرطان سینهشرکت خواهم کرد. من این راهپیمایی را بخاطرتمام نگرانیها و تمام دقایقی که هر زنی درانتظار دریافت جواب آزمایش سرطانی خود بسرمیبرد گام خواهم زد. این راهپیمایی را بخاطرهر همسر و فرزندانی خواهم کرد که لغت"بدخیم" بگوششان میرسد. این راهپیمایی رابخاطر کسانی میکنم که جان خود را در اینمبارزه از دست داده اند. این رویداد جهتگردآوری اعانه برای پشتیبانی از:Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation,National Philanthropic Trust & Breast Cancer F.است. برای امری فوق العاده مهم است و آناینکه زنان این بیماری را در مراحل نخستکشف کنند و مداوا کردند. شاید روزی دیگرسرطان سینه وجود خارجی نداشته باشد. پیش ازاین شیوا برای این راهپیمایی تعهد گردآوری۲۱۰۰ دلار را کرده بود ولی هدف او جمعآوری ٤۰۰۰ دلار بود که به این هدف نایل شد.وی اظهار میداشت که راهپیمایی برای من آسانولی درخواست جمع اعانه بسیار مشکل است.خوشحالیم که با کمک خانه ایران وی موفق شدبه هدف انسانی خود برسد. ما هم خوشحالیم کهشبی پر نشاط و یاد ماندنی داشتیم و از هنرنماییمهندس محسن ارفعی (همسر گرامی شیوا)،دکتر سهراب شفی نیا و مهندس فرشادکشاورز بهره مند شدیم.
